OmnyScholar

The school platform that already knows your school.

A learning platform and a school-records system, joined so they behave as one product. Teachers teach; the roster looks after itself.

The part that is actually ours
Two mature systems, joined into one product

Both halves are proven open-source systems. The join is ours: the records system is the source of truth for who exists and who is in which class, and the learning platform receives that roster automatically.

Enrol a student and they have their courses within minutes, not overnight. Nobody types a class list twice.

Two products, one system

Everything a school runs on, under one roof.

Questions we get asked

Do we get single sign-on?

Yes — across both the learning platform and the records system. One school account, with a sign-in button on each: click it on the second product and you are in, without retyping anything. On-premise we point it at the identity system you already run — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or your own.

Does the roster sync from our records system?

Yes — built, and running between both halves today. Pointing it at a different system is configuration plus a mapping exercise.

When a student leaves, do they lose access?

Their access is suspended immediately — but their grades and submitted work are retained, never deleted, and re-enrolling restores access.

Can we plug in external tools?

Yes, by configuration, in both directions: use an external tool inside a course, or publish a course to another platform.

Can parents see their child's records?

Yes — through the parent portal, scoped to their own children.

Can it carry our own branding?

Yes. Not a generic product with your logo dropped on it — your name and colours throughout.

Can we host it ourselves?

Yes — that is the on-premise tier, and your student data never leaves your building.
